[Reddes.bvs-tech] Error transfering LILDBI to another host

I have copied a LILDBI-Web version 1.7 from one linux host to other linux 
host. "Search" is OK, but "Administration" link shows the error: 

WXIS|fatal error|unavoidable|dbxopen: config/param.cnt (2)| 

Configuration files and permissions seem to be OK. What else could give this 
error?
