[Reddes.bvs-tech] problema del Magpie de RSS

Estimados

Estamos usando   BVS Site 5.2.14
tenemos algunas RSS funcionando
cuando incluimos la direccion   
http://www.bis.org/cbhub/list/recent_additions/index.rss
en el editor Verifica correctamente, pero al usarlo en el Site da el error

*rss error: MagpieRSS: Failed to fetch 
http://www.bis.org/cbhub/list/recent_additions/index.rss (HTTP Response: 
HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently )*

Entiendo que debe ser un problema de versiones
¿como se resuelve?
