[Reddes.bvs-tech] BVS - compoenente copyright

Prezados

En la BVS hay un componente que aparece debajo de la página, llamado 
copyright
¿Donde está la función o módulo que la genera?
porque no la encuentro en  site/xml, tampoco la pude encontrar en las  
htdocs/xsl  tampoco en    htdocs/php
¿Es  posible "customizarla"  usando  alguna   css?
