Usted podría describir lo que significa publicar?   Es la misma cosa que certificar?  Podría detallar el proceso que ocurre ese error?

Buen día,

Estoy teniendo problemas al querer publicar un documento, me sale el siguiente error “WXIS|execution error|format syntax|@CIPAR.PFT<mailto:syntax|@CIPAR.PFT>”
Estoy usando lildbi 1.7a sobre apache 2.2, php 5.3.2 bajo  Windows Server 2003.
