Hola Ovidio, 

El enlace para bajar el wxis/CISIS utilitários para 64 bits está abajo:

http://trac.reddes.bvsalud.org/projects/cisis/browser/trunk/utl/linux64

pero no tenemos todavía una compilación para WINDOWS.

Pero probamos el PENDRIVE que Juliana llevó en el WINDOWS 7 64 bits y todo funcionó bien.

Después cuenta nos su experiencia.
