Hola spinak, intente con &count=5

Por ejemplo:  http://regional.bvsalud.org/apps/normalize-bireme-feed.php?lang=pt&count=5

Yo probé en el BVS Site 5.3.2 y funcionó correctamente.

Cuál es el parámetro para limitar la cantidad de items que presenta el
RSS siguiente

yo quisiera limitarlo a 5, pues aparecen 10 y me alarga la página demasiado
