Olá, Daniel!

Verifique se no arquivo *php.ini* a diretiva *short_open_tag* está *On*.
Caso contrário, altere para esse valor.
Depois disso, reinicie o Apache e faça um teste para saber se o problema
foi resolvido, ok?
