Isso normalmente acontece quando o wxis não consegue ser executado ou por
permissão ou incompatibilidade de versão.

Faça o seguinte teste:

Execute:

http://seudominio/cgi-bin/wxis1660.exe/?hello

Se a sua aplicação está funcionando corretamente deve ter a seguinte
mensagem:
