Dear Joy,

Thanks for your response about the "Topics". But I checked that in the Topics is not possible to do the search, this happen because the topics are not configured with the
search strategies to display the results in the information sources available in the Belize VHL. See the example in the attached document about the topic Maternal and Child Health.
Soon, I will send a document with some guidelines about the
Belize VHL portal and the passwords for you and Felene Swaso.

About the Health Sciences Collection database (http://belize.bvsalud.org/cgi-bin/wxis.exe/iah/?IsisScript=iah/iah.xis&lang=I&base=BELIZE) to do input and validation of records use the link: [http://belize.homolog.bvsalud.org/lildbi/index_en.htm the Lildbi-web], more information about LILACS Metodology or database write to Sueli Suga: lilacs at bireme.org.
About the error in the link to Bireme's server, please you or Mr. Paul Elliot can send to (reddes.bvs-tech at listas.bireme.br)* the VHL service link or print screen with the problem/error, so, a system analyst of BIREME or of VHL network can support them.

Please, you also can send us the email address of Lusiola and Felene's, because they aren't attached in your message.
Best regards,

* This list is intended to be the main communication channel between analysts and developers by creating a knowledge network on the VHL Model, therefore allowing that someone who has already had the same problem can share his/her experiences and solutions.-----

Assunto: Re: Question about "Topics" in the Belize VHL

Hello Juliana:

We are doing very well. Thank you for asking.
We have looked at the topics available in the Belize portal and they are related to our health priorities. At this time we do not need to define any additonal or new topics as we have not started the process of adding additional information to the existing database. Trusting that this answers your question I would like to ask how can we obtain passwords for stakeholders, editors and validation of records to input in the Belize VHL portal. This was not passed on to us in the transfer of the BNLSIS as a focal point.

Additionally the computer technician who configured the server for the Belize VHL service is getting an error in the link to Bireme's server. Can you please refer us to someone who can assist in the resolution of this problem? I will then ask Mr. Paul Elliot to communicate with that person directly.

I have attached Lusiola and Felene's name in this email that they be included in the discussions concerning the Belize VHL. Felene Swaso will be the Belize focal point for the VHL.

Dear Mrs. Ysaguirre,

I hope you are doing well.

Regarding Belize VHL, I have a question which I would like to ask you about: Are the topics (http://belize.bvsalud.org/php/level.php?lang=en&component=21) available in the portal related to your country's health priorities? If not, how have they been defined?

We are currently evaluating indicators to meet the targets set in PAHO's eHealth
 Strategy and Plan of Action
(2012-2017) which establishes: "...Number of Member States with a national virtual health library with information sources and services that address the topics of education for health, disease prevention, and the health priorities identified in their national health plans and strategies and that are clearly and systematically available in the VHL".

These objectives
 were also included in
the VHL6/CRICS9 Working Groups recommendations (November 2012) regarding strategic information to be included in VHL portals (see http://bvs6.crics9.org/pt/files/2012/11/Informe_Grupos_Trabajo_BVS6_rev.pdf, in Spanish).

We would greatly appreciate your comments and considerations on this topic.
Thank you very much in advance,

Best regards,
-----
